Thanks for the tips. I didn’t know you can save 30% on insulation. For utiltiy bills, I also like programmable thermostats. They can save me about 10%. I found this site http://www.needhelppayingbills.com which gave some ways and programs that help save on bills, including utility, but always looking for more advice, and will look into the cost of insulation. Thanks
