Contractors that take there time can be a good thing, not bad. A very good example is doing bathroom renovations. Some contractors rush through every job and make a lot of money. While other contractors take there time with every job that they do!

When doing a bathroom renovation there is certain things that need to be done.

Waterproofing can take time if you have had problems before. There is nothing worse than have a bathroom renovation job go bad on you. If you have had the following problems you know exactly what I mean.

In proper venting can lead to some serious smells in your home. Water leaking behind the walls because the contractor did a rush job. Water leaking through the ceiling in the living room after a bathroom renovation. Tiles falling of the walls in the shower. Vinyl not sticking.

Bathroom renovations should take two weeks with two guy’s and longer if the person works alone. I personally work by myself, because you know the old saying, “its hard to find good help”.
